A new suspect, Robert Brashers, linked to the 1991 Austin yogurt shop murders by the Texas AG's Cold Case Unit.
Authorities on Sept. 26 announced that it was Robert Eugene Brashers who committed the 1991 crime featured in the HBO Max documentary "The Yogurt Shop Murders." And Sept 29, detectives and others held a news conference to say how they connected Brashers to the killings of four teenage girls at a yogurt shop in Austin, Texas.
The quadruple homicide at a yogurt shop off Anderson Lane in Austin made headlines in 1991, and KXAN has followed the incident since it occurred.
Investigators and victims’ families say they feel they are being denied information that could further the Yogurt Shop Murder investigation, if not lead to the killer or killers.
