The NBA announced on Monday that Houston Rockets guard Jalen Green was named Western Conference Player of the Week for games played from Monday, January 13 through Sunday, January 19. This was the second time in Green’s career to earn such honors. The first occurrence came last season in mid-March.

The accolades continue to grow for the Milwaukee Bucks’ Giannis Antetokounmpo, as he’s been named Eastern Conference Player of the Week: This is the 25th time Antetokounmpo has earned this honor in his career and the second time this season.
