It's the second straight season that the Titans will wear the uniforms once worn by the Houston Oilers when they play the Texans.

The Titans are hoping that a do-over with their beloved uniforms will turn out for the better when they face the Texans this time around. In 2023, the Titans wore their Oilers throwbacks vs. their AFC South rival in Week 15, but lost in overtime, 19-16.

The Texans claimed Johnson off waivers last week after Tank Dell suffered a season-ending knee injury. Dell is expected to have multiple surgeries on his knee. Johnson, who is on his third team this season, was a former No. 1 option with the Carolina Panthers.
