A 29-year-old inmate died in the Howard County Jail Friday evening, according to the Howard County Sheriff's Office.
FOX13 Investigates discovered that the 24-year-old was pulled over by THP state troopers 10 days before his death for going 59 mph in a 40 mph zone. He was charged with multiple drug offenses.
