Pudukottai: A nine-year-old boy succumbed to burn injuries after the two-wheeler on which he was travelling with his family caught fire near Kesarapatti in Pudukottai district on Tuesday night.

Four persons died and two children were injured in a collision of two cars and a mini cargo vehicle near Namanasamudram on the Tiruchi-Karaikudi national highway in Pudukkottai district on Saturday.
