Two people died in a car crash involving a state vehicle that occurred in Gallia County Thursday afternoon, troopers said.
All four were indicted Tuesday for engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, participating in a criminal gang and possessing criminal tools.
The crash happened near Sugar Creek Road and State Route 7. Ohio State Highway Patrol is diverting traffic in the area.
