Los Angeles Lakers star Anthony Davis suffered an abdominal injury during Tuesday night’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers, and he is now set to miss multiple games.

According to NBA reporter Jovan Buha of The Athletic, trading for a center is a big priority for the Los Angeles Lakers.  Anthony Davis will miss at least one week after suffering an abdominal muscle strain in the Lakers’ loss to the Philadelphia 76ers on Tuesday.

Los Angeles Lakers forward Anthony Davis strained his abdomen Tuesday and will be re-evaluated in about a week. Lakers officials announced the severity of Davis’ injury Wednesday while noting that he had returned to Los Angeles and would be re-evaluated in approximately a week.
