Caitlin Clark won’t be going head-to-head with an NBA sharpshooter during the league’s upcoming All-Star weekend.

Clark won’t be participating in a three-point contest at NBA All-Star weekend — instead, she’ll make her debut at WNBA All-Star in Indianapolis this summer.

During the Celtics-Warriors game on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, TNT analyst and Basketball Hall of Famer Reggie Miller appeared to leak that Clark and Thompson would join the showdown at All-Star Weekend.

One last possibility is that instead of Clark featuring in the NBA All-Star weekend, an NBA player such as Steph Curry could compete vs. the Fever star during the 2025 WNBA All-Star weekend. Either way, it's somewhat bad news for fans who were expecting Clark to make an appearance in front of the NBA crowd in February 2025.

Still, it would have Indiana Pacers ties if they could utilize Caitlin Clark's star power during the festive event. However, the Fever star said no to the NBA. Last season, Golden State Warriors Stephen Curry beat WNBA's New York Liberty Sabrina Ionescu in a one-on-one 3-point shootout.
