The third week of Sean "Diddy" Combs ' trial kicked off Tuesday, May 27, as the prosecution continued to try and build its case against the music mogul. Capricorn Clark, Combs' former assistant, began the day on the witness stand after her name was previously mentioned in the testimony of Kid Cudi, whose real name is Scott Mescudi.

The 55-year-old mogul’s former assistant told the court that he repeatedly threatened her, subjected her to lie detector tests and forced her at gunpoint to join him in an apparent plot to kill rapper Kid Cudi.
