The Athletic's "NBA Daily" discusses where the best fit for prospective No. 1 overall pick Cooper Flagg would be in the NBA.

Flagg has emerged as the leader of his third-ranked Duke squad, leading the Blue Devils to wins in 19 of their last 20 contests including wins over juggernaut Auburn. Torching their ACC competition, the Blue Devils fall behind the lead of the ultra-competitive Flagg.

Flagg’s raw passing numbers are strong for any prospect, let alone a 6’9 freshman — 1.7 assist-to-turnover ratio, 24.9% assist rate and 14.8% turnover rate. The metrics I’m tracking lined up with the perception of Flagg as an excellent passing prospect.
