SINGAPORE - Two interior construction companies have been fined nearly $10 million in total, following a four-year-long investigation by the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS).
The agency highlighted that Flex Connect and Tarkus Interior were among only 44 businesses registered under the Building Construction Authority that could bid for high-value government projects.
