Philadelphia Eagles safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson was disqualified in the second half of Sunday's 36-33 loss to the Washington Commanders. Gardner-Johnson was ruled with an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty during the third quarter after saying some words to Commanders players following a Zack Baun forced fumble that resulted in the Commanders' fourth of five turnovers on the afternoon.

LANDOVER, Md. − Eagles safety CJ Gardner-Johnson was ejected from the game early in the third quarter after picking up his second personal foul penalty of the game. The Eagles had just recovered a Commanders fumble on a short pass from QB Jayden Daniels to Dyami Brown. Zack Baun knocked the ball free and the Eagles recovered.
