NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The University of North Alabama will have to wait at least one more year for their first shot at the D1 NCAA men's basketball championship tournament with Sunday's 76-65 loss against Lipscomb. Lipscomb's win is their first in the ASUN Championship and will be their first March Madness appearance since 2018.
North Alabama took down Jacksonville with a 78-63 victory in the ASUN Conference tournament semifinals, punching a ticket to the conference title game at Lipscomb. Tipoff is set for 1 p.m. in Nashville, with the winner clinching a spot in the NCAA Tournament.
