Its parent company, Gemstar-TV Guide International Inc., says the channel is getting rebranded under the new moniker TV Guide Network, starting June 4.

A series of deals last winter sent the print publication to investment firm OpenGate Capital. Film and TV company Lionsgate picked up the Web operation as well as cable's TV Guide Network.
