A small taste of BLINK and a pop up concert will be just a couple of the events planned for a free party at The Banks this Thursday, according to an announcement from ArtWorks.

The event will provide students and families with free backpacks, school supplies, haircuts and hygiene supplies. Attendees will also enjoy a free meal and the chance to win raffle prizes.
