A federal appeals court has ruled Naples Pride must hold any drag show performances indoors. The 7 th annual Naples Pridefest is scheduled for Saturday in Cambier Park. The ruling from the United States Court of Appeals for the 11 th Circuit found the city of Naples can limit drag performances to being indoors and adults only.

By a 2-to-1 vote, a three-judge panel found that the president can bar the news outlet from small settings such as the Oval Office or Air Force One, reversing at least for now a lower court’s ruling.
