A pleasant Saturday before an arctic blast brings the coldest air of the season and near-record temperatures. The fog has been very dense across the region this morning and will stick around until mid-morning for some.
A relatively uneventful weather day is ahead, but a much more complex wintry forecast is in play for Sunday through Tuesday.Today won’t be a bad day to get outside; just remember to wear a jacket since we won’t get out of the mid 40s.

After some morning cloud cover, sunshine will return to the forecast this afternoon. It won't last for long though as more clouds enter for Sunday. Temps will be warmer to start the weekend, before becoming quite a bit cooler on Sunday.
We only need about a tenth of an inch of snow to officially mark our first accumulating snowfall of the season, and it looks like we’ll reach that threshold, especially by Monday.
