The Congress complaint against BJP MPs following the scuffle has also been entrusted to the Crime Branch – in its complaint, the party said BJP MPs had pushed Congress president and Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge to the ground and caused injuries to him.

Parbhani witnessed violence after a glass-enclosed replica of the Constitution near Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar’s statue outside the railway station in the city.
