One of the ugliest injuries of this NFL season happened on Sunday when Dolphins wide receiver Grant DuBose was down on the field for several minutes and eventually taken directly to the hospital after a helmet-to-helmet hit from Texans safety Calen Bullock.

Grant DuBose is in “good spirits” after sustaining an injury that left him hospitalized in Houston as his Miami Dolphins teammates returned home on Sunday after an NFL game against the Texans. The former Park Crossing High School and Miles College wide receiver returned to Miami on Wednesday and visited his teammates in the locker room on Thursday.
