Jase Richardson scored 19 points and had 4 assists in his second NBA Summer League game. Richardson played 24 minutes in the Orlando Magic's narrow loss to the Toronto Raptors. The former Michigan State Spartan was the 25th overall pick in this year's NBA draft.
