Would the Boston Celtics actually entertain trading one of their best players? Boston certainly is entering a period of ambiguity, given the injury to Jayson Tatum and the personnel decisions facing the franchise going forward.

The Celtics will control the Nos. 28 and 32 picks in the first and second rounds of the draft, respectively, and will need to find some cheap talent to help fill out their already costly roster if they hope to continue contending for titles when star forward Jayson Tatum returns from his torn Achilles tendon injury.

While many wonder how the Celtics will tweak their roster this offseason, for now, the next agenda for the front office is the 2025 NBA Draft. The C’s currently hold the No. 28 and 32 picks as they’ll look to add some pieces to the team. The draft will take place from June 25-26 with each round taking one day.
