Repeat drone strike hits Ryazan oil refinery supplying fuel to Moscow
Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces struck the Ryazan oil refinery again on the night of 19-20 November. The facility is one of Russia's largest oil-processing plants and supplies fuel to the Moscow region.
