Snooker icon Ken Doherty reckoned that Shaun Murphy ran the risk of lighting a fire underneath Kyren Wilson with his act of showmanship in their Masters final. The Magician became champion for a second time, defeating Wilson 10-7, with the majority of the work coming in the first session.

Kyren Wilson took aim at Shaun Murphy's age following his 10-7 defeat in the Masters final on Sunday, suggesting the 42-year-old champion "needs this more than me". The world champion's remarks came immediately after losing to Murphy at Alexandra Palace in north London.
