Cory Young, 45, pleaded guilty to first-degree hindering prosecution in November. This comes after his wife was sentenced to 3 years probation on Dec. 4.

Cory Young was sentenced on Jan. 7 in connection with the murder of 49-year-old Jake Kelly. Kelly died at the hospital after he was found badly beaten in the driveway of his Phoenix home in 2023.
