Apple's upcoming iPhone 17 Pro models will have several new camera-related features, according to an anonymous tipster who contacted

A new leak suggests that the iPhone 17 Pro could launch with a redesigned Telephoto lens offering up to 8× optical zoom—an upgrade from the 5× zoom available on the iPhone 16 Pro.

The new app would take on the likes of Halide and Filmic Pro, available on the App Store. The tipster says that this app may arrive as an update to the Final Cut Camera app that Apple already makes, though presumably it would come preinstalled.
