The United States will host the knockout rounds of the 2025 Pacific Nations Cup tournament, organizers announced Wednesday, with three teams directly qualifying for the 2027 Australia Rugby World Cup.

The six competing teams are all in the top 25 of World Rugby’s global rankings, with Fiji placed 9th, Japan, Samoa and the U.S. ranked 13th, 14th and 15th respectively, Tonga 19th and Canada 24th.
