Masked and armed federal agents are leaving nearly a week after they began arresting people in Charlotte, according to the sheriff.

A 25-year-old man was driving the wrong way in traffic when he collided with three vehicles in east Charlotte, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg police. It happened around 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 18, in the 1800 block of Eastway Drive, CMPD said in a news release. The area is about three blocks south of Shamrock Drive.
