BEATRICE, Neb. (KOLN) - Ahead of the winter storm which is forecasted to hit this weekend, the City of Beatrice has declared a snow emergency.

Mayor Bowser declared a 'Snow Emergency' Sunday that will remain in effect through at least Tuesday, January 7.
