When looking up anime fight scenes, a lot of the high-quality ones are also upscaled to 60FPS. Here's why that should stop.

The IVTC 24 FPS created larger files than the 60 FPS file that I didn't do IVTC on (content is definitely 3:2 cadence). Any thoughts on why this would happen?
