The town's Police Honor Guard also participated in President-elect Trump's first inauguration festivities in 2017.

Six members from each honor guard will travel to Washington, D.C. for the event. The roughly $25,000 trip was organized and is being paid for by the nonprofit Palm Beach Police and Fire Foundation.
