Patriotic teenagers from the Thomas Jefferson Division of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps have completed summer training programs held across the United States.
The Sea Cadets are a federally chartered youth development program with an emphasis on leadership development, according to the division's commanding officer, Daniel Sydes.
