DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — Emergency crews have cleared up a massive crash on Tuesday morning in east Durham. According to the Durham Police Department, around 9:45 a.m., a tractor-trailer was struck by an Amtrak train near the intersection of East Pettigrew and Grant Street,
