Daytona Beach man bought Corvette same day he was going 110 mph when Corvette struck a Jeep on State Road A1A in Ormond-by-the-Sea, killing two.

Florida Highway Patrol reports the crash took place after a 63-year-old man in a corvette attempted to pass a Jeep in a no passing zone.
