"How'd you get fired before your last game?" College football fans are taking to social media to rip an Ohio State Buckeyes football player for getting tossed off of the team before the College Football Playoff national championship game on Monday evening.

The player had not appeared in a game with the Buckeyes but had amassed a large following across a variety of platforms on social media.
