Vladimir Putin is trying to stop the U.S. from sending Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine by warning it would destroy improving Moscow-Washington ties, according to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) which has published a map showing which parts of Russia could be targeted.
During an Oval Office meeting this afternoon, President Trump showed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky a map of Ukraine, titled “Russia-Ukraine Conflict Map,” indicating what percent of territory is under Russian control or contested land.
An intelligence map indicates the layered deployment of Russia's air defense around Moscow, including S-400 systems to safeguard key military sites.
The Royal Air Force said the mission demonstrated NATO's commitment to collective defense and its ability to respond to threats.
Evidence that the maps used by the Russian Defense Ministry is also found in several cities in the Luhansk Region shown in the map.
