Public health officials are using Eventbrite’s online ticketing platform to schedule shots. But appointments are still hard to find, and not everyone knows how to use the website.

Both counties are using Eventbrite – a website most often used by promoters to sell event tickets – as their platform to schedule appointments for the COVID-19 vaccine.

Acquisition: 95% of the creators using Eventbrite sign themselves up, mostly from prior experience with the service or word of mouth. The quality of the platform is bringing people on.
