Gangs have launched a new attack on Haiti’s capital and killed an unknown number of civilians in what used to be a peaceful neighborhood.

Armed gangs have attacked Haiti's capital neighbourhood of Delmas. As a result of the new attack dozens of civilians were killed. This is reported by Reuters. It is noted that the militants' attack in the Haitian capital occurred before dawn on Tuesday.
