It will require social media sites to delete existing accounts for those under 14 years of age within 90 days, or the platforms could face fines of up to $50,000

Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok are among the social media apps that may be required to delete the accounts of anyone under the age of 14 years old. That’s the intent of a new Florida law now in effect.
