Tarik Skubal had a big night on the mound again for the Tigers, as Detroit ties the series versus the Phillies on Saturday.

The Detroit Tigers hit four home runs and Tarik Skubal outdueled fellow ace Zack Wheeler in a 7-5 win over the Philadelphia Phillies on Saturday afternoon at Citizens Bank Park. The Tigers (65-47) and Phillies (62-48) have split the first two games of the series and will play the rubber match in a nationally televised game on Sunday night.

Zack Wheeler and Skubal each recorded 10 strikeouts and allowed three earned runs in a matchup of two Cy Young candidates.
