PHOENIX — Nearly 5,000 people are without power in the Valley as storms move in Thursday night. SRP is reporting outages near N Schnepf Road to the eastern bounds of Arizona Farms Road. A reported 2,354 are impacted. Power is expected to be restored by 8:30 p.m.

After storms late Monday and early Tuesday dumped up to 7 inches of rain on Northwest Indiana, communities were still experiencing scattered flooding, school delays, and power outages.
