Kosovo's ruling Vetevendosje party is on track to come first in a parliamentary election on Sunday, but it will need to negotiate a coalition with other parties to form a government, exit polls and party vote count showed.

Kosovo's electoral commission announced that Prime Minister Albin Kurti's ruling party was on track to win 41% of the vote, leaving it ahead but without a majority government, which could lead to coalition talks.
