Kimmel captioned the post, "Hi Donald!" Colbert, who shared the same post, is scheduled to appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Tuesday, while Kimmel is scheduled to appear on Colbert's The Late Show on the same night. Meyers was not listed on either show's guest lineup, but it appears that he dropped in for JKL 's segment with Colbert.

Sinclair has agreed to stop preempting Jimmy Kimmel Live! and will allow the show to resume airing on its ABC affiliates, the company announced Friday afternoon. A few hours later, Nextar joined them in putting Jimmy Kimmel’s late night show back on the schedule.
Kimmel didn’t hold back with his response, noting in his monologue, “Vice President Maybelline was making the rounds attempting to defends his boss [Donald Trump] and the chairman of the FCC [Brendan Carr] with a new fairytale even a five year old wouldn’t believe.”
Democratic lawmakers are demanding to know whether Nexstar and Sinclair removed "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" to curry favor with the Trump administration.
