Colts veteran QB Joe Flacco was asked what his advice would be to Anthony Richardson as he enters the offseason.

The Indianapolis Colts outlasted the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday afternoon, winning 26-23 in overtime. The victory brought them to 8-9 on the season, but hardly mattered considering they were already eliminated from playoff contention.

Jonathan Taylor closed the season with a flourish. Joe Flacco may have walked off the field for the final time as a winner. And the duo may have done enough to save the jobs of Indianapolis Colts coach Shane Steichen and general manager Chris Ballard.
