Customers say conversations were captured by Siri without their consent and accused Apple of violating their privacy by sharing those recordings.

Apple has provided us with the following statement regarding the lawsuit: "Siri has been engineered to protect user privacy from the beginning. Siri data has never been used to build marketing profiles and it has never been sold to anyone for any purpose.

A class action suit contends that Siri recorded and shared Apple users' conversations - and Google is under fire, too.
