At about 7:30 a.m., it was raining in Fort Worth, according to NBC5’s weather radar. Radars showed the storm was expected to move east towards Dallas.

The lull in precipitation will allow temperatures to climb well into the 80s Friday afternoon, so it will feel warm outside.
