Lando Norris had the better of the first day at the Hungaroring, though, and looks the best bet for Saturday's qualifying session in which the rest of the field will probably feel they are fighting for only third place.

The Hungarian Grand Prix is held annually at the Hungaroring racetrack located on the northeastern outskirts of Budapest. The event has been a regular fixture of the FIA Formula One World Championship since 1986, traditionally taking place between mid-July and late August. The track is 4.381 km long and the race is completed over 70 laps.
