New Paramount's new management will ensure that the company's array of news and entertainment programming embodies a diversity of viewpoints across the political and ideological spectrum,’ Skydance’s general counsel wrote to the FCC this week.
The company said it will conduct a “comprehensive review” of CBS after the merger goes through to ensure the network is operating in the public interest.
