Overpriced, was $180 Australian dollars for 3, we expected more than just a walk around The Shard for the money we spent. They probably could have given a coffee and a physical photo (which they take… Full review by Denise d
I hear there is a 'glass' bridge, is this correct? Also is it part of a tour and which ticket would I need to purchase. I think my pal wants to eat and drink and take pictures. Would he be able to use his Go Pro? Thanks guys.

No. I don't believe there is a glass bridge, or other type of platform that sticks out from the building. There are 2 floors where you can take photos. The lower floor, of the two, is enclosed by glass and heated. This is where you can sit at tables and order food and drinks. The upper floor is open and you can feel the wind and rain, if that happens to be the weather that day. They encourage you to take photos and shoot video. There isn't a time limit so you can stay as long as you like too.
Hi I've booked tickets via Groupon to go up Shard and have a meal at Steak House thinking they would be close together left only 30 mins between. I don't think it is.... If we arrive an hour early for our Shard viewing would we be allowed in?
A:
We arrived early, and it was no problem, it just depends how busy they are.
If I eat at one of the restarants at the Shard, do I still need to buy a ticket for the viewing deck? And about how much time do you spend on the viewing deck? Thank you!
A:
Eating at one of the restaurants in the Shard does not give you access to the observation deck which will cost extra. The restaurants are located about half way up the Shard.
