I would recommend stopping in from of the Saenger on South Joachim St. and allowing the handicapped patron to exit the car and then proceed to park in the parking lot on the next block at the corner of Joachim and Government St. There are handicapped parking places in that parking lot and it is wheelchair accessible to the Saenger.
