this is still a work in progress. where there are already hundreds of wind towers in ilocos norte, this wind farm in pililia only has 27 turbines that are strategically situated in the mountains over… Full review by Nielioan

I was amazed at those massive wind turbines and the view at the top of the hill is incredible. The vendors are really friendly, they sell variety of souvenir at reasonable prices. Full review by IIkatherineII
